Payment policy
When to pay
We take a 70% deposit after you approve the sketch and quote. The balance is due once we send final photos, before shipping.
What happens next
Once payment is confirmed, your slot is locked and painting begins. You'll receive progress photos before the final balance request.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable at the sketch stage if we can't land a concept. After painting starts, deposits cover materials and labour.
